Our philosophy

Central to our philosophy of offering traditional Corsican accommodation is our farm, where for years we have been making cheeses and Brocciu: foods that are an integral part of Corsica’s heritage and culture.

Our guiding principle was to combine authenticity and refinement in order to offer our guests an unforgettable stay, within an atmosphere of calm and well-being.
